Returnal Hits PC This Feb, Won’t Need 32GB Of RAM After All

Last time we posted an article cited from PC Gamer that Returnal will require 32GB of RAM for maximum requirements. Turns out it only requires 16GB of RAM.

According to PlayStation’s official blog, 32GB of RAM are no longer under “recommended” spec. Instead, only if you enabled epic settings and ray tracing, it will then require 32GB of RAM.

The game will feature Dolby Atmos audio. The PS5 controller will feature a haptic feedback as well.

The game will also need a compatible PC hardware. As the low spec suggest, you will need to crank the resolution to 720p to be able to hit 60 ftps target frame, doubt Steam deck would able to keep up with this game after all.

Returnal will hit Steam on February 15th and will cost you $94.95 (AUD).
